Principal ISSO
The CDF Data Warehouse will help the warfighter make informed decisions by supporting advanced AI/ML on all available data resources to provide advanced analytics capabilities.
As a baseline, the CDF Data Warehouse will provide warehouse functions to the CDF Data Broker Platform . RAS will design, prototype, operationalize, and maintain the CDF Data Warehouse using the data provided by the CDF Data Broker Platform. The warehouse will be designed with the intent to franchise the solution, allowing other agencies and missions to benefit and for the data supply to grow as it is integrated with other systems.
Basic Job Duties:
- Creates, updates, and maintains the IA information, XACTA records, POA&Ms, and performs systems monitoring per DIA ISSO duties requirements
- Implements and enforces Zero Trust security principles specifically for cloud data environments
- Oversees security controls for Azure cloud infrastructure supporting the data warehouse solution
- Evaluates security implications of data catalog implementations and governance frameworks
- Collaborates with cloud engineers to ensure compliance with security requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree + 16 years or Master Degree +14 years experience or 20 years of experience
- Experience identifying and managing system vulnerabilities and security events, particularly in cloud environments
- Experience tracking, reporting, and updating vulnerability management alerts, vulnerability assessments, red/blue team events, security incidents, and the common operating picture
- Knowledge of security requirements for Azure cloud deployments and data catalog implementations
- Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles as they relate to data security in cloud environments
- Experience securing enterprise data governance frameworks and catalog solutions
Salary range for this position: $165,000-185,000 #CJ
