Red Arch is hiring a SAFe Product Owner  to work closely with developers, Enterprise product managers, and scrum masters to ensure stakeholder need are properly prioritized and executed. You will be a key member of the leadership team, doing work that matters for some of the government's most critical missions, utilizing the latest technologies in Cloud Computing and AI/ML. 

Position Information: 
  • Knowledge of SAFe® principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to apply them in a flexible and pragmatic way.
  • Experience working with Agile/SCRUM, writing user stories and following the development process through user story acceptance
  • Ability to work on numerous assignments at one time with demonstrated follow-through, attention to detail and commitment to business partnership
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team effectively.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity - in business requirements, technology options and project direction
  • TS/SCI ge of SAFe® principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement

  • 9+ Years of Experience with a Bachelor's Degree
Salary rage for this position $165,000 to $225,000

The Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
